General Translation Course
You will learn the foundations of translation, how to deal with lexical and grammatical difficulties of translating between English and Ukrainian, practice translating texts of various subjects, get introduced to CAT tools and other technologies, learn the difference between translation and post-editing of machine translation.
It covers translation from English into Ukrainian and from Ukrainian into English. The course is for the beginners in translation with good command of English and Ukrainian: students, teachers, young translation professionals, career changers and anyone interested in translation.

Legal Translation Course
This course is for translators with experience in the fields other than law that would like to expand their areas of specialism.
This is the first part of the series of courses on legal translation.
It includes the specifics of translating 1) corporate documents (articles of association, memorandum of association, certificate of incorporation, etc.); 2) contracts; and 3) legislation (EU, UK and Ukraine).
The course is special as it covers both linguistic aspects of translation, including the specifics of legal English and legal Ukrainian, but also touches upon the legal matters, i.e.
Different law systems, functions of legal documents by their type, explains when translation of such documents is needed, what the target audiences are, etc.
It covers translation from English into Ukrainian and from Ukrainian into English. Language of teaching: ENGLISH
